Notice the angle he is coming from in the first shot. Look like he's coming from the far right side of the road? That is because he is! This moron cut around the row of cars that were turning left onto the freeway ramp, which would have been fine, IF HE HAD BEEN GOING STRAIGHT!
No, he does that, then makes a left in front of the first person at the stop (who ended up going straight) from the right lane!
